Some of the common components of Chain Pulley Block are:
Consists of Gearing, Pulleys & Braking system that translates manual effort into vertical motion needed to raise the load.
Made of High strength steel having minimum Grade 80 as per IS: 6216 or IS/ ISO : 3077. Size selection in accordance with the capacity of the Chain Block, Load carrying capacity of load chain & no. of falls onto which the load is distributed to achieve a minimum factor of safety of 4
Duly zinc plated / chrome plated to avoid rusting. Short link type chain – facilitates manual lifting operation, allowing operator to exert force to lift or lower the load.
Load Hook is attached to the load chain or lower block attachment and it is responsible for securing the load during lifting operations, ensuring safety.
Suspension Hook connects the chain pulley block to a fixed structure or lifting appartus, providing a secure anchor point for the hoist.
Accurately pocketed Chain Wheels are made of S G Iron Casting / Malleable Iron Casting as per IS: 1865. Upper & lower load wheels act as pulley mechanism to provide Mechanical advantage and multiply the lifting force and increase the capacity.
Heavy duty Screw & Friction Disc type braking mechanism equipped with duly hardened single / double brake pawl to ensure instantaneous braking and long life.

- Chain Pulley Block can be supplied with Monorail Travelling Trolleys including Pull-Push type and Geared type
- In some extreme requirements can be supplied with Electric Travelling Trolley as well
- Dual braking in case of higher lift chain pulley blocks
- With coated / plated Chain for Chemical / Pharma Industries or Food Industries to avoid contamination
